UltraISO is an ISO CD/DVD image file creating/editing/converting tool and a bootable CD/DVD maker , it can directly edit the CD/DVD image file and extract files and folders from it, as well as directly make ISO files from your CD/DVD-ROM or hard disk. At the same time, you can maintain the ISO bootable information, thus creating your own bootable CD/DVDs. You now have the power to make and edit your own ISO files, and then burn them to CD/DVD for your own needs.

Along with large capacity hard disk popularity, people were already used to coping compact discs to CD/DVD image files (also called compact disc image document) , generally used is the famous ISO 9660 international standards format, therefore CD/DVD image files are called ISO files.
Because the ISO file retained complete data information of the compact disc (including compact disc boot information), you were allowed the convince to use commonly used CD burning software (for example Nero-Burning ROM ) to record the disc with your CD-R/RW over and over forever, it can also be used directly through Virtual CD-ROM drive software (for example SoftDisc ) .

It has been a long time in the making, has involved much sweat and tears, but here it is in all its glory. Well that is much of an overstatement (the glory bit), unfortunately much of the time/effort has gone into "under the hood" changes surrounding the editor that at least partially fixes some long standing issues. The highlights include a new Fax Add-on, GroupMail Remote control. In summary here are the changes in the new GroupMail release.

Well here is the solution for those who want to block access of the program from windows & not be antivirus:
1. Disconnect from the net & install the program & Reboot. Dont connect to net until i tell u to do so.
2. now click start>>run & there type MSCONFIG.exe
3. well go the to startup tab & uncheck/disable "SSBkgdupdate" and "ISUSPM". these two are the file which Dragon use to connect to the site server.
4. now reboot & Connect to the internet.
5. Never use the program option ‘Help - Check for Updates’ while online, as the blacklisted activation key will be blocked, freezing the software.
