Well here is the solution for those who want to block access of the program from windows & not be antivirus:
1. Disconnect from the net & install the program & Reboot. Dont connect to net until i tell u to do so.
2. now click start>>run & there type MSCONFIG.exe
3. well go the to startup tab & uncheck/disable "SSBkgdupdate" and "ISUSPM". these two are the file which Dragon use to connect to the site server.
4. now reboot & Connect to the internet.
5. Never use the program option ‘Help – Check for Updates’ while online, as the blacklisted activation key will be blocked, freezing the software.
